1735 - Luxury Collection

The 1735 plan is the entry-level of our luxury models, featuring a unique court yard entry that can be made fully private and provide added safety with the addition of an iron gate. The home is the most compact of our homes featuring an additional 4th bedroom while still retaining a fully split and open floor plan. This is 1 of 2 models we offer that can only fit on a wider 60' minimum lot, so this plan is limited based on lot availability.
